Asuntomessut järjestetään tänä vuonna Naantalissa. Lounatuulen asuntoalue sijaitsee Varsinais-Suomessa, Luonnonmaan saarella. Naantalin kyljessä sijaitsevalla saarella on sekä tasavallan presidentin kesäasunto Kultaranta että muumien asuttama Muumimaailma. Merenlahden poukamaan sijoittuva messualue on kallioista ja tummanpuhuvat messutalot sopivatkin hyvin mäntymaisemaan.
Keittiötrendeissä merkittävin on katosta riippuvien näyttävien liesituulettimien katoaminen kokonaan. Nykyisin liesituulettimet integroidaan lieden yhteyteen pöytätasoon. Keittiöt ovat edelleen osa avointa oleskelutilaa. Muutamaan kohteeseen oli toteutettu vanhanajan ruokakomerot. Teimme koosteen mielenkiintoisimmista keittiöistä.
Honkarakenteen Honka Haiku on suunniteltu ympäröivän luonnon ehdoilla, tontin puustoa ja alueelle tyypillistä kalliota on suojeltu niin paljon kuin mahdollista. Japanilaishenkinen Haiku on kunnianosoitus yhtiön pitkäaikaiselle vientimaalle ja suomalaiselle puurakentamiselle maailmalla.
Sisustuksen on suunnitellut sisustussuunnittelija Maru Hautala ja turkulainen puuseppä Ville Aakula on toteuttanut kaikki kiintokalusteet. Tumma keittiö on osa oleskelutilaa.
Kannustalon Auman sisustuksen on suunnitellut sisustussuunnittelija Helena Karihtala, joka on ollut Kannustalon luottosuunnittelija jo vuosien ajan. Kannustalon Auma on sisustettu ajattomasti pohjoismaiseen tyyliin.
Keittiössä on laatoitettu koko seinä pystyladonnalla oliivinvihreillä laatoilla. Sama värisävy toistuu keittiön yhteydessä sijaitsevassa ruokakomerossa ja vanhempien makuuhuoneen sängynpäädyssä. Puustellin keittiössä on terästaso StalaTex Savi. Saarekkeen ruokailutilan puolelle on jätetty avonaiset hyllyt tarjoiluastioille.
Betoniviidakossa on paljon loftmaista avointa tilaa, keittiö ja olohuone on yhtä avaraa tilaa. Asunnossa on sisällä ainoastaan kolme väliovea; kaksi lasten makuuhuoneisiin ja yksi kylpyhuoneeseen. Betoniviidakko kätkee nimensä mukaisesti sisäänsä paljon betonipintoja, mutta myös marmoria.
Aran Kitchen keittiö on eleetön ilman yläkaappeja. Toisella seinällä on kodinkoneet ja korkea aamiaiskaappi. Keittiö jatkuu ruokailutilana ja olohuoneena.
Yhdelle seinälle sijoittuvassa keittiössä on näyttävät koko seinän peittävät laatoitukset. Keittiön ja ruokailutilan väliin jää saareke.
Ruokailutilan seinä on toteutettu rimaseinänä.
Kohteessa on viihtyisä, metsämaisemaan kauniisti sulautuva ja toiminnallinen piha. Helppohoitoisella pihalla on kunttaa, kivetyksiä ja luonnonläheisiä istutuksia. Pihan sydän on kesäkeittiö, jossa on grilli ja pizzauuni. Kesäkeittiön katto on toteutettu maisemoituna kunttaviherkattona. Kesäkeittiön yhteydessä on hyötypuutarha.
Kati Jensen toteutti yksin oman talon rakentamisen puolison jättäydyttyä hankkeesta kesken pois. Autotallin päälle rakennettu hulppea terassi antaa huikeat näkymät kattojen ylle. Kati Jensen on jättänyt taloon paljon raakapintoja ja säästänyt näin kustannuksissa. Yläkerran lattian kipsivalusta on tehty valmis pinta lakkaamalla. Alakerrassa on betonilattia, joka on hiottu ja lakattu.
Keittiö on avonaisessa oleskelutilassa, mutta varsinaiset toiminnot kuten tiskaus ja ruoanlaitto on vedetty syrjään. Ovettoman aukon toisella puolella sijaitsee allas, astianpesukone, liesi ja uuni.
Honkatalojen valmistama moderni hirsitalo Wing on suunniteltu kunnioittamaan kaunista luontoympäristöä. Kuusen lamellihirrestä valmistetussa talossa ei ole suoria 90 asteen kulmassa olevia seiniä, joten keittiö sijaitsee oleskelutilan pitkällä suoralla seinällä. Hulppea saareke toimii tarjoilupöytänä ja päädyssä on paikat aamiaisen nauttimiseen.
Wing-talossa luonnon valo on isossa roolissa. Valo tulvii sisätiloihin lattiasta kattoon ulottuvista ikkunoista. Isoissa ikkunapinnoissa ulkopuoliset verhot pimentävät jäähdytyksen tarvetta.
Torppa Rauhala rakennettiin talon isännän Timo Ekmanin suvun maille. Aivan lähistöllä sijaitsi ennen Ekmanin isovanhempien torppa, jonka mukaan myös Torppa Rauhala on saanut nimensä. Luonnonmaan saaren maisemissa kohoavassa Villa Torpassa on ikkunan edessä alueen upein aamiaispaikka.
Torppa Rauhalan vuononsininen keittiö on todellinen katseenvangitsija, Divine-kuosi on käsitelty sormenjälkiä hylkivällä pinnoitteella. Kullanväriset vetourat viimeistelevät vetimettömän kaapiston ilmeen. Noblessan kiintokalusteilla on sisustettu myös talon olohuone, eteinen, kodinhoitohuone ja wc-tilat.
Neljäs Tiira -kohteessa asuu Kaivolan perhe. Kaunis koti on suunniteltu pariskunnan omia tarpeita varten, mutta lastenlasten myötä kodin tulee kestää myös pienten tuomaa elämää.
Sisustussuunnittelijana Päivi Kaivolalla on ollut varma visio uuden kodin väreistä, materiaaleista ja toiminnoista. Topi-keittiöön valikoitui Dekton-tasot, jotka kestävät kuumuutta ja hankausta eikä naarmuunnu. Päivi Kaivolalle kierrätys on tärkeää, joten roskien lajittelulle saarekkeeseen laitettiin kompakti Stalan Ekosystem.
Kodin ylellinen ratkaisu on keittiön ja olohuoneen välille sijoitettu saareke, jonka Dekton-tasoon on tehty aukko televisiolle. Laitteen ollessa piilossa saarekkeessa aukon peittää pähkinän värinen puulaatta, joka näyttää leikkuulaudalta. televisio nousee saarekkeesta muuntaen tilan tv-huoneeksi.
