Asuntomessut järjestetään tänä vuonna Loviisan Kuninkaanrannassa. Uusi asuntoalue sijaitsee Loviisan keskustan välittömässä läheisyydessä merellisessä maisemassa. Talot sijoittuvat lomittain rinteisille tonteille, hyvin lähekkäin toisiaan, mutta niin ettei niistä juurikaan näy naapuriin. Talot ovat pääosin kaksikerroksisia, joten näkymät avautuvat upeasti merelle. Piha-alueet ovat maaston mukaan polveilevia. Terasseilla ja kuisteilla on käytetty paljon puuta, rimakaiteita ja -seiniä.
Kokosimme tähän artikkeliin merkittävimmät asumisen trendit Loviisan asuntomessuilla.
Tämän vuoden asuntomessuilla rakentamisen teemana nousee muuntojoustavuus. Tilat on suunniteltu siten, että ne ovat helposti muunneltavissa esimerkiksi elämäntilanteiden muuttuessa. Tämä on osa ekologista ajattelua, kun ei tarvitse tehdä isoja remontteja tarpeiden muuttuessa.
Piharakentaminen on tämän vuoden asuntomessuilla suuressa suosiossa. Monessa kohteessa saunatuvat, venevajat ja vierasmajat tarjoavat etätyö-, kuntoilu- ja vierasmajoitustiloja.
Kuningattarenhelmen rannastakin löytyy piharakennus.
Monella messujen kodilla on omarantainen tontti, mutta vähintäänkin meri näkyy kaikkien kotien ikkunoista.

Merenranta haluttiin pitää luonnollisena. Omarantaisissa kohteissa on pitänyt huomioida lintujen pesimä- ja kalojen kutualueet. Kasvustoa ja kivikkoja on haluttu suojella ja pitää ne mahdollisimman luonnollisena, myös kasvilajivalinnoilla on pyritty luonnolliseen tulokseen. Rantaviiva on säilytetty rikkonaisena ja rantarakentamisessa on käytetty luonnonkiviä. Puusto on pyritty pitämään alkuperäisenä ja korvaamaan mahdollisesti poistetut yksilöt.
Terassirakentaminen on suuressa suosiossa, ja ne onkin suunniteltu merimaisemaa kunnioittaen.
Villa Havetin terassinäkymät ovat messujen parhaimmistoa.
Villa Kuningattaren terassilla oleva uima-allas on kolme metriä leveä ja 8 metriä pitkä.
Merimaisemaa on pyritty hyödyntämään jokaisessa kohteessa, ja se onkin tuotu osaksi sisustusta. Monessa talossa merenpuoleinen sivu on täynnä isoja, lattiasta kattoon asti ulottuvia ikkunoita.
Queen’s Stonen parveketerassilta avautuu upea merimaisema. Terassi toimii oleskelutilan jatkeena.
Merimaisena toimii Villa Stenin makuuhuoneen sisustuselementtinä.
Merimaisena on osa Cabin Havsstrandin keittiön ja olohuoneen sisustusta.
Merimaisema on tuotu myös Villa Kruunun kylpyhuoneeseen.
Messualueen valaistussuunnittelussa on ensisijaisesti pyritty valosaasteen minimointiin. Valaistusta on tehty ihmisten ehdoilla, ei esimerkiksi autojen. Alueella ei ole käytetty korkeita yleisvaloja vaan on mietitty, mitä halutaan valaista ja valo on suunnattu näihin. Suunnittelussa on haluttu mahdollisimman hyvin ympäristöön sopiva valaistusmaailma, ja mietitty, miltä valaistus näyttää historiallisesta Loviisan alakaupungista.
Valaistussuunnittelussa on ajateltu myös lepakoita, joille ranta on tärkeä metsästysalue. Valaistus on suunniteltu epäsuoraksi ja himmennettäväksi, jotta se häiritsisi eläimiä mahdollisimman vähän.
Asuntomessujen sisustuksissa suositaan neutraaleja värejä. Vaaleaa ja tummaa puuta, valkoista, mustaa, harmaata sekä vihreää on käytetty paljon. Trendinä on marmori- ja kivipintojen runsas käyttö sisustuksessa.
